Through the Single Portal the importer appoints the dispatcher. Once nominated, we will apply for the Import License with Siscomex.

2nd stage

Request for documents

We request from the exporter the necessary documents to base the process with the competent federal agencies, with the actual purchase price.

3rd stage

Follow up

Our team follows the entire process with DECEX and / or consenting agencies.

4th stage

Release from official departments

We grant the Import License, as combined in a 100% legal manner.

5th stage

Booking request

After the approval of LI we request the exporter to make the shipment.

6th stage

Customs Clearance

Upon arrival of the goods, we proceed with the release from the IRS and subsequent delivery of the goods to the importer.
